Coach, HR consultant and people development trainer. Experienced in running projects in the fields of: Assessment Center, Assessment Systems Occupational and Organisational Audit, Recruitment. She also designs training courses and conducts workshops on presentation skills, management skills, sales, conducting assessment interviews, recruitment and selection. She also has broad, theoretical and practical experience in project management of HR.

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics (specialization in management) at the University in Warsaw. She has an NLP coaching practice certificate. In 2009 she completed a training course Coach business practices, obtaining a certificate from the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). In 2003, she qualified and received the Norman Bennett Certificate of Training.
